I called in last night about the 2016 370z Nissmo. Meredith Davis answered all my questions and when I told her I was not local (about 3hrs away in VA) she went to work for me. She got me the Carfax and even sent me personalized pictures and a video of the car! I got there later than anticipated today due to traffic. She made sure to let me look at the Nissmo inside so I could go over it for myself (I picky about condition, and this is a Christmas present for my wife) and she even had the paperwork ready! After test driving I was able to sign and drive, I was in and out at lightning speed! For anyone driving a distance I would absolutely recommend working with Meredith at the Preowned Superstore on Harford Road, she will go the distance for you!

"Drove 10 hours and had an amazing buying experience with Meredieth at the PreOwned SuperStore!"

I found a very difficult to find Preowned vehicle (a Genes G90!) at Jones Junction through Truecar. The Truecar listing stated the dealership was currently closed (it was a Sunday afternoon), I put in an inquiry expecting them to get back to me on Monday. To my pleasant surprise I received a phone call within minutes from Meredith Davis. When she learned I would be driving a significant distance, (about 10 hrs) she scheduled an apt with me and promised to keep in contact with me about the G90's status, as I wasn't able to drive up for a few days. We discussed my trade, what I was looking to do everything else before I even set foot in the dealership. Meredith kept in touch with me as promised. The evening before I drove up I received a picture text with the car and Meredith holding the keys with a VIP reservation tag with my name. This really put me at ease that the car was reserved for me, and I walked right up to Meredith when I arrived because I knew what she looked like! I worked out the price of my trade with her manager Chris Benvenga, and I feel that I got a good price. My only disappointment was that there wasn't a second key for the vehicle. Meredith told me she would take care of it and she did! She arranged for the key to be cut local to me and took care of everything, excellent customer service!! I would recommend Meredith Davis at the Preowned Superstore on Harford road (1713 Harford Road) to all customers coming from far away, she did a fantastic job and I would be happy to deal with her again if I have the opportunity to!
