Went here after going to Autonation Chevrolet to purchase my first car since graduating college. Our saleswoman, Ann, was amazing. She knew exactly what i was looking for and within minutes had us test driving a car that she expected would be a great fit. I found an AMAZING deal on a 2014 Nissan with only 20,000 miles on it. Bryan:  I want to thank you for working so diligently to fix my Toyota Rav4.  I know that it was a team effort, and I very much appreciate the contributions by Karen Williams and, of course, your service technicians.  At every step, you and Karen made me feel confident that the problem would be fixed.  It was obvious to me that you both are highly dedicated and competent.
 
Based on my experience at Jones Toyota, I would definitely buy my next vehicle there if I lived a little closer to Belair.  Everyone was friendly and professional, and there was a good vibe in the building. The salesmen, service technicians and everyone in between seemed to be in a good mood.  While in the waiting room, I watched a young lady stock (and re-stock) the snack area and clean the restrooms as if she were in a race.  What stood out, though, is that - during the entire time that she was working - she happily interacted with various Jones employees and took the time to entertain a small child in the waiting area!  One of the owners walked through the waiting area, introduced himself (Danny), and asked how everyone was doing…. It's rare to find a large company with such a warm, family atmosphere.

My wife and I purchased a Toyota Highlander on Saturday and I wanted to make you aware of the awesome experience we had. We live in Reisterstown and would have never thought about driving to Jones if it wasn't for Jeff Neivod. After going to same dealership for years, Jeff convinced is to check-out Jones and we certainly weren't disappointed.

Originally we were looking at Nissans, but weren't able to find what we were looking for. Jeff then took us to Dodge and still didn't have much success. Lastly, he recommended the Highlander and we instantly liked the car. I had a price in mind and we were able to negotiate the price quickly and with great customer service. I didn't feel pressured nor did I feel like we were playing typical "games" around pricing. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, especially to my pregnant wife and 2 year old girl while we finished the process. Jerry then took us around the car and showed us how use the functions, he was great!

Overall, our experience was fantastic and I will recommend my friends and family to visit Jones. We are excited to be part of the family!

I would like to say I'm very pleased with the customer service I've received from Jones' Toyota Service Department.  I bring all of my vehicles to your service center and every time I visit with Darick Buchanan and his team, the service is top notch.  During my visits I receive a vehicle analysis and Darick takes the time to explain the results of every item on the analysis sheet.  If I'm not able to afford the services during that visit, he explains any safety concerns and recommends a time of when that service should be done to avoid any costly future repairs.  The team always check for vehicle recalls, battery output and all fluid levels.  I've always felt that Darick's team looks out for the safety of my family and I have never been disappointed with the customer service provided by him and his team.  It is that type of customer service that continually adds to Jones' outstanding reputation of top quality service.

I just wanted to write to say how well your employees treated me last Saturday, April 2, 2016. I'm not a Toyota owner, and I've never come to your shop for service before. I'm a Honda owner who suddenly had smoke coming from the hood, right at your location on Bel Air Rd.

After debating what to do, I finally pulled into your lot and desperately asked for help. One of the gentlemen in the service bay (and I'm so sorry I don't have his name) ended up taking a look for me, and had the mechanics give me some fresh oil so I could get on my way. They couldn't have treated me any better then if I'd been an actual customer. It's rare in this day and age to have someone go above and beyond, especially when they didn't need to. I could've risked my car and driven the extra distance to Bel Air Honda, but honestly I'm very glad I ended up at Jones Toyota that day. Thank you again for your excellent customer service, even to a non-customer!!
